We recently enjoyed a comfortable two-night stay at Amara Spa Hotel, utilizing two of their rooms during our visit. The rooms themselves were decent in size, clean, and provided a very comfortable environment for our stay. One unique detail we noticed were the paintings in the rooms, which were a bit unusual and might be considered a little "weird or provocative," especially for families traveling with children. Throughout our stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing significantly to a pleasant atmosphere. As in-house guests, we had the opportunity to enjoy their breakfast buffet, which offered a decent selection of items to start the day. While the hotel also houses a spa, we found its services to be on the pricier side compared to other options available in the area, so we opted to use other spas for our treatments. Despite this, our overall experience at Amara Spa Hotel was very positive. It provided a good and comfortable base for our time in Hanoi, and we would consider staying here again for its convenient location and pleasant amenities.

Head spa location is right in the middle of the room that their reception is in… They expect you to be naked with a thin silk slip on with no privacy, no curtains were drawn when we did our head spa. Men and other customers were just walking in and out of the room while we were naked with the slip on, so uncomfortable. And so loud. Head spa should be done in a private room. They also didnt dry our hair properly. Our hair was literally damp after the head spa and I had to ask for her to dry my hair properly.

Chou did an excellent job! After checking in, the spa was my first stop! Thank you for the stellar customer service. I highly recommend Chou!!
